Mandatory Tenant Landlord Mediation Programs
Project Sentinel administers four tenant landlord dispute resolution programs in which the parties are required to participate. Each program has different jurisdictional and process requirements, as established in the specific ordinance for each locality. All of these programs apply to rent increase issues, but they differ as to the scope of other tenant-landlord disputes that are also covered.
